DUES

Dues for Troop 931 are $20 per month, payable $60 quarterly on the following schedule:

1st Qtr (Sept-Nov), Due Nov 30
2nd Qtr (Dec-Feb), Due Feb 28
3rd Qtr (Mar-May), Due May 31
4th Qtr (Jun-Aug), Due Aug 31

Scout families may also elect to pay dues for the entire year at once.

Dues will go towards the running of the Troop which include:

Troop registration (annual)
Insurance
Troop equipment (as needed - committee approval)
Advancement pins, merit badges, rank patches, etc.
Literature for Troop library
Reserve fund
Bank charges/check printing
Office supplies, copies, postage
Refreshment expenses for various meeting and Troop service projects
Eagle Court of Honer expenses (not to exceed $125)
Re-charter fees. All new scouts and leaders must pay for their first BSA registeration.

Outing Costs: Each scout is responsible for a pro-rata share of the expenses of a campout or activity (food, fees and gas). The Troop may pay for certain expenses out of the Troop funds - such expenses will be identified prior to each campout.

Uniform: It is the parent's responsibility to provide a complete Class A and Class B uniforms. Please refer to the Scoutmaster for starter pack costs.
